We are confident about the quality of all our products, which are manufactured using the highest-quality ingredients and production standards.

Resistance Bands

The resistance bands are covered under a one-year warranty, which starts the day they are delivered. The warranty only applies if the bands are used appropriately and looked after. Hence, the warranty is conditional on the item care instructions below.

• Do not stretch more than twice the length.
• Keep away from direct sunlight.
• Check for damage before using each time.
• Clean the water using mild soap and room temperature water.
• If the bands are to be used with any other exercise equipment (like a barbell, kettlebell, etc.), please ensure that the surfaces are smooth and free of sharp edges or features that could damage the band.

Once you report an issue with our bands, we may request that they be returned and inspected as part of the warranty claim process. If we conclude that the bands were not used in accordance with the item care instructions, we will refuse the warranty claim.

If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide a free replacement and free shipping for any replaced items.
