Our Story
At Uplift Lab, we were tired of the competitive and intimidating gym culture seen all across our newsfeeds. Too many brands and influencers value surface-level aesthetics and meaningless measurements over actual well-being. So, we decided to redefine fitness with focus on every individual’s fitness journey. Where everyone felt welcomed, encouraged and confident, no matter where they were at in that journey. Where we practice progress over perfection. And so, Uplift Lab was born.
